We were given a challenge for the Sustainable Brands Conference: create and design a promotional product that used only 100% post-consumer recycled material. Within weeks we iterated and vetted a final design, mapped out our production process, and succeeded in creating an environmentally friendly example of making plastic manufacturing sustainable.
The results were our 'Keurig Coasters for Change.'
This project has only inspired us to continue innovating and creating sustainable products that challenge perceptions of the plastic industry.
We are working alongside Arc’teryx, who is currently building a state of the art warehousing facility near Salt Lake City, Utah.
We have developed containers to work for all of their packing, storing, and automation needs. By prototyping these containers with KNAPP Automation, we ensured that they exceeded the industry standard in every aspect. By producing such containers on-site, we can save Arc'teryx on freight costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
What if the containers break over time? No Problem. With our technology, we can grind them up and produce a brand new one at a fraction of the cost.
